What is our story?

WholeLife is a course that began in the Coastal Primary Care Network in Devon. The aim is LIFESTYLE LONGEVITY, living long and healthy lives through whole food, whole grain, plant-based eating, daily activity and connecting with one another and the planet.

We provide a 7-week course; just 1 hour a week. The course includes a 4-week challenge, that reprogrammes your taste buds and teaches you about different food groups. The aim is overall sustainable lifestyle health (not one specific thing like weight loss), however we have seen incredible improvements in blood pressure, weight and cholesterol in just 28 days.

Who is the course for?

This course is suitable for every adult, no matter how heathy you are, or how many chronic medical conditions you may be starting to develop or have already, this course is for you.

We have had everyone on our courses;- marathon runners, busy working mums, long-haul truck drivers, office workers and those with existing chronic health conditions. Everyone benefits!

As part of the Coastal Primary Care Network, for participants that live within Teignmouth and Dawlish area the course is free as long as you are over the age of 18 and are motivated to change your lifestyle.

What does the course entail?

WholeLife consists of 7 x 1 hr online Zoom sessions with our team and a 28-day challenge in which you put all the advice into practice with the support of others on the course and our team of health professionals.

Prior to starting the challenge, we would like your weight, blood pressure and blood tests, and will ask that you have these taken at your health centre before and after the course, so that you are able to see the amazing changes that are happening within your body.
