About the Event
You are invited to a special bonus session on Sports Nutrition.
This session will be an overview of all you need to know about fuelling yourself for sports and exercise.
We will cover the macros - carbs, protein, fat as well as helping you work out your individual requirements and discussing what supplements may or may not be worth it and not forgetting keeping hydrated.
This session is suitable for anyone with an interest in adapting your diet for exercise. You don't have to be competing or training, although likely most suitable for those that do moderate exercise for at least an hour 2 times a week or those who do more intense exercise.
Whatever your exercise - walking, rowing, boxing, swimming, running, ultras, tris we will introduce you to everything you need to consider.
You will need to bring your weight in kilograms to do some sums!

PS. For those who will be attending the current course (starting on 5th October), this event will be running concurrently with your session so you will not be able to attend. You won't miss out however, as we plan to run this workshop again in the future and the Wholelife course is an essential grounding for learning more about sports nutrition.
