I am a Registered dietitian and over the last 12 years have worked in the NHS, in Australia and in private practice. I have a special interest in gut health, maternal and infant nutrition and eating a sustainable diet. I am also a trained yoga teacher. I am passionate about sharing evidenced based nutritional information that is practical and achievable for the individual. Making dietary and lifestyle changes is challenging and I know that to be successful you need a support network, which is what Wholelife offers.
I have been a Registered Dietician for over 14 years. Being a dietician has allowed me to combine my love of working with people, my passion for food and the wonderful science of nutrition and health. Working in both private practice and as a Specialist NHS dietician I am passionate about providing accurate and actionable information, to help people live happier, healthier lives.
