Dr Jenny Corser

Wholelife Lead

Dr Jenny Corser, is a GP partner in Dawlish, a Clinical Director for The Coastal PCN and a TPD (Training Programme Director) for the Torbay GP scheme. As a founder of the WholeLife project she is passionate about lifestyle medicine, and has seen amazing health benefits both personally and in patients, from the three pronged approach of healthy diet (WFWGPB), healthy levels of exercise and social connectedness. Dr Jane Kostelnik 

GP Health Coach

Dr Jane Kostelnik is a GP in Exeter and excited about the growing interest in the health and environmental benefits of a whole-grain plant-based diet.   She has a long-standing interest in and enthusiasm for helping her patients lean towards being active, eating more healthily, and improving social connections as a basis for ALL good health, and now brings her skills and experience into the WholeLife team.

I am a GP in Exeter and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. 

I am passionate about educating and empowering patients to make positive lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing. It is easy to feel as though much of life is out of our control, but by making changes to our everyday lifestyle such as eating a predominately plant based diet, being active, connecting with others and practicing mindfulness, each of us can take control of our own health and wellbeing and reduce the risk of many health conditions.

Oscar Fisher-Smith

Dietitian

I'm Oscar, I have spent the last 6 years working as a dietitian, primarily in the NHS in areas such as education, weight management and diabetes.

Nutrition can be very confusing with mixed messages getting shared on social media and published in the news. I am passionate about providing accurate and actionable information, to help people live happier, healthier lives. 

Ruth Harvey

Dietician

I am a Registered dietitian and over the last 12 years have worked in the NHS, in Australia and in private practice.  I have a special interest in gut health, maternal and infant nutrition and eating a sustainable diet.  I am also a trained yoga teacher.  I am passionate about sharing evidenced based nutritional information that is practical and achievable for the individual.  Making dietary and lifestyle changes is challenging and I know that to be successful you need a support network, which is what Wholelife offers.

Dr Vicky Tilney

GP ST1

I am a GP in Trainee in Torbay, having had a previous career in the Navy. I am no stranger to exercise and endurance events and have a family that compete in triathlons. I enjoy growing my own fruit and vegetables and baking my own wholegrain breads.

I'm Dinique, a GP trainee. I consider myself as someone who sees the glass as half full. To name a few, I enjoy listening to/playing music, blogging and experimenting with adding a bit of Caribbean flavour to plant-based recipes in my spare time
